 Class Formats

  • A perfect blend of classical and contemporary Mat Pilates highlighting the principles of breathing, control, precision, and flow in a low-impact class that is sure to strengthen your core. Grip socks are required for this class.

  • A beat-driven, mat-based class combining elements of Pilates & Sculpt for a flowing full-body workout using Bala props for strength and resistance training. Grip socks are required for this class.

  • This class combines ballet-inspired movements with high energy but low impact sculpt exercises for a dynamic and effective workout. Grip socks are required for this class.

  • A high-energy, low impact class combining rebounder cardio with full body sculpt. In our most dynamic workout, you'll master a series of moves on the trampoline and use Bala props for strength and resistance training. Sneakers are required for this class.

  • Our strength training class features circuits of layered exercises, using heavier Bala props in a fusion of functional movements. Grip socks are required for this class.

  • A completely personalized, 50-minute, 1:1 Pilates session on the Reformer. Suitable for all levels and ideal for anyone seeking a unique experience customized to individual goals and preferences, including injury support and pre- and post-natal guidance.
