 Class Formats

  • Contemporary mat Pilates class using light hand weights and light props (Bala ball, stretch bands, blocks, sliders, magic circle).

  • Contemporary mat-based class combining elements of Pilates & Sculpt for a flowing full-body workout using light hand weights and light props (Bala ball, stretch bands, blocks, sliders, magic circle).

  • Barre and mat-based class targeting muscle groups with small, repetitive movements and dance-inspired cardio elements while using light weights and props (Bala ball, stretch bands, blocks, sliders, Thera bands).

  • A dance-inspired cardio sculpt class set to a curated playlist with easy-to-follow choreography and targeted sculpting sections throughout.

  • Strength training featuring circuits of layered exercises.
