Contemporary mat-based class combining elements of Pilates & Sculpt for a flowing full-body workout using light hand weights and light props (Bala ball, stretch bands, blocks, sliders, magic circle).

Timer-based interval class using heavier weights and props (Bala beam, ring, stretch bands) at a slow pace to focus on strength-training while layering exercises into organized and effective circuits.

Barre and mat-based class targeting muscle groups with small, repetitive movements and dance-inspired cardio elements while using light weights and props (Bala ball, stretch bands, blocks, sliders, Thera bands).

A class featuring cardio segments, strength-building, and balance challenges, all performed on or utilizing a Bosu trainer.

A high-energy, low impact cardio and sculpt class, where clients learn a sequence of moves to create a complete routine on a rebounder.

A class featuring cardio segments, strength-building, and balance challenges, all performed on or utilizing a Step platform.

Old school aerobics set to modern music with alternating choreographed cardio and toning tracks.

A high intensity cardio class mixed with high-rep strength-training set to popular music. Surge Strength is a high-rep, targeted, all-weight training work out set to the same strength tracks from Surge Fit, plus Strength-specific ones.

A dance-inspired cardio sculpt class set to a curated playlist with easy-to-follow choreography and targeted sculpting sections throughout.
